Antonio Tobias (right) is a Salvadoran born business owner with more than 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Working hard to accomplish his dream of owning his own restaurant, Antonio successfully opened Los Cuates Mexican restaurant in December 2020.
Launching during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic presented significant struggles for his new business, but Los Cuates resiliency is seen every day in the care Antonio and his family take to ensure they serve delicious and authentic Mexican, Salvadorian and Tex-Mex food to each and every guest that walks in.
Every guest can taste the passion Antonio and his family have for cooking and feeding the community of East Colfax.
